Joshua Yajcaji (CEO and Founder): Josh is the CEO of New Day construction and a devoted husband and proud father to three, two boys and a girl, who never misses a chance to support his kids at football or cheerleading. Raised in Ocean County, NJ, Josh prides himself on loyalty, integrity and teamwork. Josh served 8 years in the U.S Army, where he distinguished himself by being selected three years in a row by his base to represent them in the Army's "Best Warrior Contest". With more than 20 years of experience in construction, (stemming back from working right along side his father for some many years) and 15 years in solar, Josh brings unmatched expertise to his work, combining hands on skill with a reputation built on trust. Homeowners always feel understood, taken care of and in great hands any time Josh is looking over a project. His extensive knowledge in this field truly set his aside from the rest. He created this company to truly help homeowners and to go above and beyond with grace, integrity and open communication.

Dana Yajcaji (CFO and Co-founder):  Dana is the CFO and Co-Founder of New Day Construction, where she oversees daily operations with dedication and a team first mindset. A wife and mom to three- two boys and one girl- she proudly embraces her role as a football and cheerleading mom. Before stepping into this role, Dana was an elite gymnast and gymnastics coach for over twenty years where she developed leadership skills that now guide her in operations. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, she now resides in Ocean County, NJ where she enjoys life with her husband, kids and rescue dogs. Known for her loyalty and work ethic, Dana makes sure every detail is handled with care.  

Lindsay Gotthelf: Lindsay is our office and scheduling manager where she keeps everything running smoothly with organization and care. A proud wife and mom to four, three boys and one girl, she balances her family life and career seamlessly. Living in Lancaster County, PA, Lindsay enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and taking care of her dream dog, Harley the corgi. She is an avid baker as well and is known for putting her heart into everything she does. With her blend of dedication and warmth, she always sets our team and men up always set for success. 

Erik Gebeline: A proud husband and father to two boys, Erik brings leadership to everything he does. Growing up in South Jersey, he developed a love for community and now makes it a priority to coach peewee football and tee-ball. Erik is a U.S Army veteran with 9 years in service including three overseas tours. After his tours, Erik transitioned into the solar/construction industry where he has built over a decade of hands on experience. Erik is a key player for New day Construction in everything he does. 

Christopher Barlow: Chris is our interior foreman with an eye for perfection and details. He is a proud husband and dad to 6 whose life resolves around family and community. With over 15 years experience in construction and interior work, he brings hand on skill and craftsmanship to every project he takes on. A  North Jersey native from Union County, now living in Ocean County, Chris also serves as a football coach to our next generation of athletes. Outside of working, Chris is an amazing BBQ chef and has won many county and state championships for his food making him well known in the bbq world. Chris's fine eye to detail and his work ethic make him a very valuable addition to the New Day Company and know any interior job he gets put on, will always come our flawless!

Danny Hernandez: Danny is a dediacted husband and father of two, with deep roots in North Jersey (growing up in Bergen County), but now living by the shore! A lifelong leader in community, he serves as a football coach for the AYF program and loves helping shape the young athletes in our communities. With 15 years of service in the United States Marine, he has a career in infantry and logistics, helping him with excellence under pressure. Building almost a decade of experience in roofing, electrical work and construction, Danny takes pride in helping in any way he can through hard work and service. 

Karl Kurtz:  Karl is a proud father to his daughter and is an active member of his community serving as an assistant coach in both soccer and lacrosse. Originally from Camden County, Karl has always carried a strong sense of teamwork and dedication. After graduating from Rowan University, he served 10 years in the U.S Army, where he developed leadership, discipline and the love for hands on experience. Karl brings almost a decade of solar construction and experience, combining technical knowledge with a commitment to building sustainable solutions. 

Paytan Barnhart:  Paytan grew up in Litiz, Pennsylvania and went to study communications at Shippensburg University. She brings her natural warmth, humor and organizational skills to her role here at New Day Construction where she has the ability to truly connect with people. Outside of work, Paytan is a momma to two blue heeler puppies. Paytan is known for having a heart of gold and great sense of humor. She certainly makes our team stronger during our daily day to day interactions!

Tyler Vayda: Tyler was raised in LaGrange, Georgia but now proudly resides in Orlando, Florida. He brings over six years of hands on experience in construction and solar to our New day team. Known for his strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and solid beliefs, Tyler approaches every project with precision and pride. He is a devoted husband and avid outdoorsman. Tyler is a hunter when hes not at work. Tyler has been an integral part of New Day and he believes that New Day can bring to life all of your everyday dreams and is always happy to be apart of every journey. 

Braedon Pelland: Originally from Canada, Braedon now proudly lives in Ocean County, NJ with his wife and five kids, three boys and two girls. Braedon brings over a decade of construction and solar experience to the New day team and has an incredibly strong foundation in leading on projects. Braedon also has a background in plumbing/electrical which truly helps his team when on projects. Braedon is known for his technical skills, commitment to excellence and strong work ethic on every job. He is truly a big piece why New day Construction runs so smoothly.
